I originally come from Weston and to me I feel like I am always coming back home and try to visit as often as I can. I would like to move back again in the future but it isn’t good timing yet. The Bridgwater carnival is a regular activity I always come back for every year as you have to see it to see how amazing it is. Weston is on the flat and everything is in walking distance and the bus and train station is close by and regular to other destinations to visit.

We love Weston-super-Mare. We have been a few times now.
We love Weston-super-Mare. We have been a few times now. The beach is my favourite that I have ever been too. It is incredibly clean and big. Amazing walk along the promenade and the town centre shopping, especially the sovereign shopping centre is Great. We have two small children so the pier and what used to be Funland was brilliant, but we are so gutted that it is no longer there. We will be going back to Weston every year

Weston super mare looks very tired, very popular though for families but parking is a nightmare, at the time of our visit it was busy and very noisy with motor bikes, and loud music blaring out everywhere the pier opened late but closed early nicest place to eat was bistrot Pierre

I am 71 and came from Bristol. Sunday school outings always went to Weston. My parents and brother all ended up living at Carlton Mansions next door to the Grand Atlantic.
I love returning to Weston and spending time on the beach.

Weston super Mare is an old fashioned seaside resort trying hard to keep itself attractive. The renovated pier has offers amusements and cafes and the derelict old pier adds character. There is a sandy beach but at low tide there is a lot of mud between that and the sea. The marine pool is interesting. There is pleasant walking on the nearby headlands Worlebury to the north and Brean Down, a short drive to the south. There are plenty of places to eat - we went to a great Italian place called Il Michelangelo.

The location is great for walking to the beach, restaurants, bars, and other attractions in Weston-super-Mare. The staff is very nice, and the proprietor even got up early on our last morning to fix us breakfast before we left for the airport. Breakfast each morning was based on our personal requests and was fresh and tasty.
This is a place I would like to recommend and return to if I visit Weston-super-Mare again. The proprietors just need to be more attentive to cleanliness.
Located within a stones throw of the town centre, beach and pier. Room had a lovely sea view , we checked in early and was able to leave the car in front of the hotel, gentleman on reception kindly gave us the heads up that our rooms would be ready much earlier than expected very much appreciated after our long drive . Loved the old mouldings on the ceiling in the dining which have been kept with the more modern style decoration .
Our host was very friendly and helpful. The room he gave us was lovely with great views of Weston-super-Mare. I had a great night's sleep in the kingsized bed. The bathroom is modern and clean, and the shower is hot and powerful. We were extremely comfortable, and can definitely recommend this hotel. It's in a great location, as it's only a short walk away from the town and the seafront.
Everything about our stay was great. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent - lots of choice and well cooked and presented. The hotel was ideally situated right on the seafront and easy to walk in to the shops, etc.
Very warm welcome from lady on reception very friendly and helpful and enjoyed welcome drink. Beautiful room with lovely sea view and very clean. Hotel is in a very nice location with pleasant walk along the seafront. Breakfast was delicious and gluten free as requested.
Fantastic small hotel. Owner was very cheerful and helpful. Rooms were very nice, thought had obviously gone into a lot of the small details. Breakfast was fabulous. Just a short walk to the seafront (albeit back uphill at the end of the evening).
Excellent access to seafront , overlooks the lido. Disabled access ramp & small lift that we didn't use . Helpful reception staff.
Got what we paid for & more . Hotel room set up was a bit weird but great value for money .
Location to seafront and town centre, on-site parking although felt uneasy leaving car due to state and vicinity of car park, easy check in.
Ok property for a cheap overnight stay couldn’t and wouldn’t stay for any longer!!
Third stay at the Lauriston Hotel since Christmas.....just love the place ! The location, the parking, the love
